5 Reasons why the Indian Voters should reject The I-N-D-I Alliance in the 2024 General Elections
5 Reasons why the Indian Voters should reject The I-N-D-I Alliance in
the 2024 General Elections
11)
Reservations in the Private Sector Jobs
in India
Although the INDI Alliance is getting weaker with every
passing day, the one sentiment that united them together was their conviction
to destroy India’s Private Sector.
Be it the JJP in Haryana or the INC in Karnataka, parties
that agree with the above-mentioned parties’ ideology have on a few occasions supported
the implementation of Reservation in the Private Sector Jobs on the basis of region
(domicile).
There have been occasions when the INC Leaders publicly launched
arguments in the favor of Caste-Based-Reservations in the Private Sector Jobs.
In case the reservations are implemented in the Private
Sector Jobs in India, this would not just discourage both the domestic and
foreign investors to invest in India’s Private Sector, but also puncture India’s
ambitions to become an economic giant like China.
22)
Populist
Manifestos with no guarantee
of fulfillment
Before the 2018 Assembly Elections in Rajasthan, the INC Leader Rahul
Gandhi promised waiver of debt of farmers within the first 10 days of forming government.
But that promise was not fulfilled to the extent the INC
promised.
The INC failed to deal with crimes against women in Rajasthan with zero
tolerance and failed to curb the menace of exam paper leaks in Rajasthan.
The performance of the Congress Party in Rajasthan is an example of how
good the INC and their allies are at fulfilling promises from their manifestos.
33) Zero Punishment to leaders with
a secessionist
mindset
There have been a few occasions in the recent past where a
few leaders from the Congress Party and their I-N-D-I Allies expressed secessionist views,
particularly with respect to the South Indian States.
INC’s Rahul Gandhi once called India as the Union of States
while addressing the parliament. He defended himself by citing the phrase from
the Constitution.
Whether Rahul Gandhi said this on purpose or not, but no Indian
is going to tolerate statements that put secessionist mindset at display.
43)
Dynastic Politics
Not just the Indian National Congress, but various regional
parties like the DMK, Sharad Pawar’s NCP, Samajwadi Party, RJD suffer from the elitist
mindset that stems from the Dynastic Politics these parties shamelessly defend.
No body other MK Stalin’s family-members, can dream of leading
the DMK. The same is the case with other parties run by dynasts.
Parties like these choose to simply turn a blind-eye to the
problems faced by the common people.
They promote corruption each time they form governments in
the states or join the governments at the centre with only one purpose – to
protect their children’s interests and not those of the commoners’.
As PM Modi said as part of an answer in an Interview from
2022,
“The first casualty of dynastic politics is suffered by talent”
- the people with merit.
Not just during the hiring of Party Cadres, but during filling
up of the government job vacancies, awarding of tenders for projects also, the dynastic
parties trade jobs and opportunities like these for hefty bribes – the casualty
people with merit suffer from.
55)
Divisive Politics
The INC
Leader Rahul Gandhi has time and again criticized PM Modi for his religious
views.
The INC
never hesitates from alleging that PM Modi’s BJP is divisive but the INC and
the I-N-D-I
Allies have
extended their support to the promise regarding the Caste-based census once
they form government at the centre.
This is a
move that divides the society.
The INC
often projects itself as the protector of minorities but they have failed to
win the faith of the Christian Minorities, particularly in Goa and Kerala.
